Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages…

Welcome to our new website!

After over ten years of our old website, we decided it was time for a change. Business has been rapidly expanding here at Jess Crate Furniture. With our sales nearly doubling every year and new customers coming in every single day, we figured we might as well design a new and more attractive website to welcome all of our valued customers.
With that being said, here is a rundown of the top 5 features of our new website:

1. Our blog

That’s right! We now have an active blog in which we will post valuable content at least two to three times a week. What you’re reading now is our first of many blog posts. We plan to educate customers on new products, trends in the industry, and we will even be rolling out weekly sale specials. All to be featured on our blog so make sure to subscribe!

2. Social Media Integration

Our new website will be linked to our social media accounts. As you may or may not know, we are quite active on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. We will have a live twitter feed section of our website where our homepage itself will link you to our latest tweets and announcements.

3. Homepage

Speaking of the homepage, we have a lot of great content on our new one. We have a slideshow in which clicking any of the images will take you right to the product page. Underneath that, we have examples of some of our most popular product categories. When you click one of the product category thumbnails, like “Campus” for example, you will be taken right to the category page that lists all of the items in the Campus line.

4. Contact Page

Our old contact page was a bit outdated. Our new page, however, features the names and contact info for all of our office employees. You will be able to contact any designated person from any department via email or phone and of course our staff will always promptly respond and be there to help you with anything you need.

5. Factory Page

We wanted our customers to have a better insight of exactly how our furniture is manufactured. Everything is handcrafted right here in America. Our factory is located in Mt. Gilead, North Carolina and is more than 40,000 square feet in size. You can read more about our factory and the meticulous methods used to create our heavy duty, high quality furniture by visiting the factory page.
