Each unit features an integrated Master Lock with predetermined combinations for user privacy, while optional master keys are available for staff access when needed.

When making a claim under our product guarantees, the original purchaser must provide a copy of the original packing slip or other proof of purchase. Any fault warrantied item, if returned freight prepaid to Jess Crate, will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge.

The All-Purpose Shelf offers versatile installation options, allowing the flat surface to face either up or down depending on use. For reduced ligature risk, the shelf can be installed with the angled sides facing upward, enhancing safety in secure environments.
